CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-In is Friday April 13th at 4PM and Check-Out is Sunday April 15th at 5PM.  We have 50 hours to let go of our day-to-day life and breath in the fresh Big Bear air... Ahhhh... :)

COST: We've research for many cabins to find the perfect cabin for you, and painstakingly played with the numbers (financials) until we got a number that we were really comfortable with, and I'm happy to announce that It's Only Going to Cost $100 Per Person for the Whole Trip.  This covers your entire stay, a bed for you to sleep in, all your food AND alcohol!  Get ready for a bar and some drinking games. ;)

# OF ATTENDEES: We done extensive research and went through a ton of cabins before finding just the right one for our group ~ the largest and best cabin at the best price.  As of now, we have 86 RSVPs for this event, but OUR CABIN CAPACITY IS 56.  That means that ONLY the first 56 PAYING MEMBERS (28 GUYS & 28 GIRLS) WILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND THIS EVENT, and since this event is Gender-Balanced 50% Guys and 50% Girls, it will go to the first 28 PAYING MALES & first 28 PAYING FEMALES.

Weather Conditions: It's going to be snowing the whole time we are driving up to Big Bear, so be sure to have chains! If you don't have chains, you will be directed back down the mountain. Best to pick up your chains before heading out at AutoZone, Pep Boys, Sears, or any auto shop.

Couldn't get a snow chain. Reserved one from AutoZone but it turned out to be wrong inventory this morning when I went to pick it up and they didn't have the right size for my tires. Need a ride now. I am located in Alhambra.

My plans have changed and I am able to drive again. If any one needs a ride, I added myself back to the driver list. I have a good amount of experience driving in the snow at night and always carry tire chains in my trunk.

I have a set of snow cables that will fit a prius. I have no idea of the tire size since i dont own a prius and never will. I also have a set of heavy duty snow chains that fit 285 75 16 tires (truck) . If anyone needs to borrow a set just shoot me an email. universal rule. you break you buy =)

Have fun with all the new snow guys! =( tempted to go, but have too much studying to get done. The memories of driving up during blizzards with no snow chains on at 2am. Back route = much quicker

My mind is mushed! I can't believe how amazing the weekend was. It seemed like every single person that went was hand picked to come because the weekend just rolled by with a lot of fun and good times. All the positive energy from beginning to end made for a problem-free weekend. Thanks David for being the mastermind of this event and constantly working hard all weekend to keep everything running smoothly. Thanks Amy for setting up the cabin early and keeping so many things in order. Thanks Queenie for helping me out with games! Thanks Bryan for showing us that BBQing is why you have those killer biceps! Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful conversations, I left feeling impressed with those I had already known and those I had just met. Crazy how just one weekend can do that. I'm sure the food and booze helped a little ;)
